    Details & Compensation:

    • Part time hours per week
    • $28-$30/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
    • Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).

    Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    Proficiency in using various communication tools and platforms.

    Knowledge of current trends and best practices in communications and social media.

    Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

    Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

    Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our Innovative Medicine Supply Chain Team as a Part-Time Communications Specialist. In this role, you will assist in the development and execution of communication strategies to effectively promote and engage our organization and its initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for creating engaging content. Key Responsibilities:

    Assist in the development and implementation of communication plans and strategies.

    Write, edit, and proofread various communications materials, articles, newsletters, and social media posts.

    Maintain and update the organization's media channels with relevant content and announcements.

    Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and create content that aligns with the organization's messaging and branding.

    Monitor and respond to inquiries and comments on social media and other communication channels.

    Assist in organizing and promoting events, both online and offline.

    Measure the effectiveness of communication initiatives and provide reports with key metrics and recommendations for improvement.
