As part of our growing team, we are in search of a Manager to join our national team. This role offers the flexibility to work from any of our offices or remotely, with occasional travel required for specific projects. Our industry-specific teams provide tailored solutions, drawing from past experiences to address current needs while keeping an eye on future developments.

    As a Manager, your responsibilities will include:

    • Leading a team to provide consulting services related to technical accounting and financial reporting
    • Participating in all stages of engagements, from planning to deliverable composition
    • Undertaking projects such as accounting standard implementation, IPO/SPAC support, business combination implications, and more

    Requirements for the role:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting and an active CPA license
    • Five or more years of experience in public accounting or industry performing audit, accounting, or consulting services for SEC registered companies
    • Strong background in technical accounting matters and SEC reporting
    • Experience with financial statement preparation, reconciliations, and public filings
    • Proficiency in tools like SAP, NetSuite, and Quickbooks
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills
    • Willingness to travel for meetings and client visits
