From your PASSION to ours
Our Packagers minimum hourly wage is $17 (or more depending on experience), plus shift differentials.

From your EXPERTISE to ours

Key responsibilities for this position include_
Packagers_
Works on assigned line to assist with packaging of yogurt containers by way of machine and / or hand packing.
Upholds quality, safety, and cleanliness standards within designated areas.
Communicates with other team members to ensure efficient plant operators.
Setup oncoming shift for successful run.
Expected to perform any duties necessary to support the team.
Obtain information necessary to perform duties at preshift and postshift meetings with offgoing associates.
Vigilantly monitor equipment operations for indications of impending problems and possible operational improvements.
Packaging associates are responsible for satisfactorily operating the corrugator and palletizer machines.

Education & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent.

Skills / Abilities / Knowledge

Strong mechanical aptitude.
Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs and safety protocols.
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Flexibility to work in a fastpaced production environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time.
