As a Dishwasher/Busser, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in our kitchen and dining areas.

Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand
• Ensure all dishes are properly cleaned, sanitized, and stored
• Assist with food preparation and plating when needed
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, equipment, and utensils
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste appropriately
• Sweep and mop floors in the kitchen and dining areas
• Assist servers by clearing tables, refilling water glasses, and providing exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during busy periods Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
