Description
Responsibilities:
- Construction/AIA Billing required
- Government billing (CLINs, ACRNs)
- Familiarity with Government websites and Government contracts a plus
- Collections experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Other accounting functions as necessary
Job Requirements
- Prior experience as a team lead, manager, marketing coordinator, sales agent, or supervisor is a plus
- Prior experience in construction and government billing
- Familiar with WAWF, Tungsten and similar systems
- Degree in Management, Business Management, Finance, or Accounting or equivalent work experience
- Persistent, punctual, and professional
- Ability to embrace complex obstacles and adapt quickly to change
- Resultsoriented, attention to detail, and exceptional time management abilities
- Superior work ethic with the ability to excel independently and collaboratively

Pay:
$65, $80,000.00 per year
