Compensation:
starting at $18 per hour


Duties:


  • Handling Inbound Calls
  • Making Outgoing calls
  • Applying Active Listening to recognize customer needs, issues, and grievances
  • Troubleshooting to discover effective solutions and address customer needs
  • Basic Website Maintenance of company platform (with guidance)
  • Enhancing current customer connections to foster a culture of trust and dependability
  • Attracting potential customers by providing accurate responses to product/service inquiries
  • Setting up and maintaining customer accounts with precise details
  • Managing financial accounts by handling customer adjustments/payments
  • Implementing de-escalation strategies during customer calls
  • Actively engaging in training and educational opportunities within the department
  • Utilizing internal software databases, scripts, and tools effectively as per call requirements
  • Understanding Call Center metrics and striving to enhance personal performance within those metrics
  • Adhering to all company policies and regulations

Work Environment:


  • Personal computer setup with dual monitors
  • Two 15-minute breaks and a mandatory 30-minute lunch break
