Description

STAOC is a fast-paced, professional and collaborative full-service maintenance, turn and renovations company.

We are looking for an experienced Field Manager to join our construction team.

The Field Manager will also be responsible for overseeing the safety of all personnel, ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained, and providing technical support to the team when needed.

This position will require heavy travel within
Houston, TX area and surrounding cities. Great compensation and benefit package available.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough scope walks for standardizing the scoping process.
Schedule preconstruction walkthroughs with subcontractors for new work orders.
Oversee preconstruction and progress walkthroughs, maintaining quality control.
Manage punch list walkthroughs to ensure project completion.
Utilize our software management system for seamless communication.
Collaborate with Project Leads and Directors.
Supervise and mentor field staff.
Manage multiple projects, including production and scheduling.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Develop strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Monitor and provide feedback on field staff performance.
Maintain accurate and timely paperwork completion.

Job Type:
Full-time

Salary:
Starting from $52,000.00 per year

Experience Level: 1 year

Schedule:

10hour shifts
8hour shifts
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed

Houston, TX.

Requirements:

2 year of construction experience (preferred)
Driver's License (preferred)
Inperson work location
