Your tasks:

Caring for, educating, and promoting the development of children
Selecting goal and contentoriented methods and materials, taking into account the situation and interests of individual children and the group
Building a trusting partnership with parents
Using empathy and a listening ear to mediate conflicts and provide comfort
Organizing projectrelated outings and other leisure activities

What you bring:

Completed training as an educator or degree in social work or social pedagogy
Enthusiasm and commitment to contribute to conceptual work
Creativity in working with children
Reliability and flexibility
