Description
Qualifications:
Enthusiastic attitude and an engaging businesslike approach
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Foundational knowledge in Microsoft Office
Inside sales experience
Basic mathematical skills
Demonstrated experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
Responsibilities:
Support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling, referring customers, and lead follow up
Provide accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion
Field and send written business correspondence
Skill sets served include but are not limited to transactional accounting, finance, administration, and operations (A/P, A/R, Payroll, Billing, Collections, Administrative Support, Marketing, Sales, and Human Resources)
Conduct prospecting activities including phone/email outreach, client visits, and other methods
Actively develop and maintain a target account list
Relationship Building:
Builds, develops, and maintains strong relationships with others while building trust and connection
