Responsibilities:

  • Leading a dynamic team
  • Planning and coordinating customer projects and rollouts in collaboration with project managers
  • Implementing new customer business and ensuring successful execution within your responsibility
  • Acting as a point of contact for customers, handling escalations and finding solutions to problems
  • Monitoring and controlling quality within the department, including process optimization
  • Creating reports and evaluations
  • Managing and directing customer inquiries and escalations
  • Checking invoices, including billing and verifying customer orders within the team
  • Weekly review of payment receipts in coordination with the accounting department
  • Assisting with daily order processing
  • Staff planning within the department
  • Training new employees and apprentices

Qualifications:

  • Completed education, preferably as a freight forwarder or similar qualification
  • 35 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the logistics industry
  • Excellent written and spoken German skills
  • Experience in leadership with a socially competent approach
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Team player with strong communication skills, reliability, and ability to handle stress
  • Customeroriented with a high level of service and problemsolving skills
  • Goaloriented, proactive, and able to prioritize effectively
