Summary/Objective

The IT Hardware & Networking Specialist is responsible for providing support warehouse computers, printers, networking and support to end users.

This position is also responsible for troubleshooting problems and implementing long term solutions. The IT Specialist must demonstrate technical knowledge as well as exceptional analytical, communication, and customer-service skills


Essential Functions

• Provide onsite support on hardware's, printers, Networking, databases and end users including Troubleshooting, performing tests and evaluating hardware and software
• Work on the printers, desktops, scanners, tablets & servers: installation, troubleshooting, cloning & repairs.
• Work on the daily reports, software updates, bug fixes on the ERP
• Working with shipping software: installation, configuring & troubleshooting
• Educate end users on how to use systems and customized system features.
• Create documentation and training for each process, detailing all customizations made.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding information being processed, stored, and accessed by the endusers
• Other duties and special projects as assigned

Preferred Experience + Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Information Science, Information Technology, or perusing degree is preferred
• Willingness and ability to learn and support new tools and systems
• Knowledge of hardware set up and repair
• Ability to lift and move necessary hardware
• The ability to multitask effectively
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Works well with a team and also be able to be selfdirected
• Customer service mentality: Good People skills, problemsolving, and patience when working with others

Pay:
$43, $47,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
