Receptionist (m/f/d)
Full-time

Your tasks

Welcoming and assisting patients and guests
Scheduling treatment appointments
Performing administrative and organizational tasks at the reception desk
Managing prescriptions, including checking for medical treatment regulations
Responsibility for the telephone switchboard
Managing and closing the cash register

Your qualifications

Completed training in the healthcare sector or hotel industry, advantageous but not required
Teamwork, organizational skills, empathy
Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
High customer and service orientation
Good computer skills
Knowledge of Theorg is advantageous
