    Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

    Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA

    Job Description:

    We are currently seeking a qualified Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Rancho Cucamonga. The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety in all activities.

    Responsibilities:
    • Supervise warehouse staff and assign tasks to ensure timely completion of daily operations.
    • Train, mentor, and provide feedback to warehouse team members to optimize performance and productivity.
    • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing and production departments to ensure adequate stock levels.
    • Utilize SAP software to track inventory, process orders, and generate reports as needed.
    • Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, adhering to company standards and industry regulations.
    • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
    • Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to inventory, orders, or shipments in a timely manner.
    • Perform regular inspections of equipment and facilities, reporting any maintenance or repair needs.
    • Operate forklift and other material handling equipment as needed to support warehouse operations.
    Requirements:
    • Minimum of at least 3-5 years in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment.
    • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and SAP software.
    • Experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Forklift certification and experience operating material handling equipment is a must.
    • Flexibility to work the designated shift from 6:00am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday.
