We are currently seeking a full-time or part-time
Farm Manager (m/f/d) for Crop Cultivation to join our team.


Your responsibilities:

  • Independent management, organization, and development of the farm division
  • Planning of crops, consumables, and machinery
  • Field work
  • Professional leadership and development of your team
  • Farmspecific documentation and data management

Your qualifications:

  • Agricultural education or experience in agriculture
  • Interest and passion for handson work in the field
  • Willingness to work, conscientiousness, and reliability
  • Ideally, you have the ability to operate specialized machinery such as sprayers, drills, etc.
