The Cook plays a crucial role in our daily operations. They are responsible for following our standard portions, cooking methods, policies, and procedures. The Cook goes above and beyond to anticipate customers' needs and deliver exceptional service.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or GED preferred
Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
Spanish language skills are a bonus
Prior experience in the food service industry is beneficial
Proficiency in basic math operations
Food Handler Certificate is a must
Team player mindset
Focused on hospitality and customer service
Ability to follow instructions

COMPUTER SKILLS
Basic computer skills are advantageous

Physical Requirements

Standing and walking on various surfaces for long hours
Effective verbal communication with staff on food preparation and safety
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, bend, and perform other physical tasks
Handling food items in a wet environment
Engaging in strenuous activities during shifts
Meeting all physical demands of the role
