    Description
    Summary

    Per Sé Group has an immediate opening for a Payroll Assistant to work as a long-term contract at one of our client's Oil & Gas refineries in Wisconsin.

    As a Payroll Assistant, you will work collaboratively with the Payroll Manager to ensure efficient and accurate payroll processing for hourly, union, and non-union employees.

    Responsibilities Administer and complete payroll process utilizing ADP.Maintain payroll information by entering data into ADP and local spreadsheet(s) for hourly employees, ensuring timeliness and accuracy of information.

    Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
    Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
    Provide back-up to other areas of Human Resources and administration, as needed, including Scheduling and Recruiting.
    Preferred Skills and Expertise Associate degree in business administration or related field.
    Minimum 3 years' experience with payroll processing. Preferred 5 years plus.
    Prior experience with SAP & ADP software a plus.
    Knowledge of shift differentials & union payroll guidelines a plus. PandoLogic.
