- Provide exceptional emergency medical care to patients presenting to the Emergency Department.
Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Emergency Department, ensuring quality patient care and efficient workflow.
Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to ensure comprehensive coverage from 7 am to 7 pm.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Serve as a mentor and leader to medical staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork. - Board certified in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine.
Valid NYS medical license.
Strong clinical skills and experience in emergency medicine.
Leadership skills preferred.
