Responsibilities:

Tracking and analyzing errors at a second level
Handling IT incident requests and troubleshooting on-site and remotely using service tools
Ensuring smooth IT operations in Windows and Linux environments
Optimizing and managing the IT infrastructure of clients and servers
Ensuring the operation of the client landscape in Microsoft and Mac environments
Incident management and troubleshooting
