- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid Illinois state license or eligibility for licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred
- Previous experience working as a Speech Language Pathologist in a school setting
- Conducting IEPs with in a school setting preferred
- Conduct evaluations to assess students' speech and language abilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address clients' communication disorders
- Provide therapy sessions to clients to improve their speech, language, and swallowing abilities
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, educators, and families to ensure comprehensive care for students
