Description

We are looking for reinforcement for our dedicated and motivated team as architect / urban planner to lead the IIIA department - project development - with currently 8 employees for an interesting and varied job with personal responsibility, creative freedom and close contact with users in a collegial environment, where you can support interesting areas for science and research.

Tasks*

Personnel and organizational responsibility, in particular through guidance, planning, goal setting, decision making, delegation and control of specialist tasks,
Work organization by assigning tasks and dividing work processes for the employees of the group,
Management / coordination of work processes, conducting regular work discussions, cost and deadline control,
Conducting annual discussions and using other instruments of employee management and development, creating performance evaluations,
Participation in personnel development planning as well as planning of specialist training and further education.

In addition, the position includes organizational, specialist and financial responsibility for location development planning, strategic needs planning, project development, project management for state building measures and technical fire protection.

Requirements**

Development and implementation of strategic concepts for location development planning, among others,
Master planning for open spaces and green areas, infrastructure and mobility, sustainability,
