About Us:

We are one of the largest machining companies for small and medium series in the southern German region with approximately 300 employees at our location in Spaichingen and 70 employees at our other production sites.

You can expect independent and responsible work, fair compensation, and a highly modern workplace.

Your responsibilities will include creating payroll for approximately 400 employees, maintaining master data, managing the time management system Interflex and maintaining data, corresponding with personnel service providers, social security agencies, etc., and performing administrative tasks such as evaluations and certificates.

You will also be the main point of contact for any questions related to personnel matters and will assist with ongoing financial accounting.

Requirements:

Completed training as a financial and payroll accountant or tax clerk
Practical experience in the abovementioned areas of responsibility
Knowledge of payroll tax, social security, and labor law
Independent and responsible work ethic
Team spirit, flexibility, reliability, trustworthiness, initiative, and personal commitment
Proficient computer skills
Enjoy working with people.
