- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices
- Administer and execute human resources programs including compensation, leave of absences, performance and talent management, and training and development
- Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants and employees
- Assist with full cycle recruiting
- Facilitate the summer internship program
- Performs other duties as assigned
- At least 3 years of Human Resources experience
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

We are representing a Human Resources Generalist role with a Commodity Trading firm. This person will support the Director of Human Resources with enforcing company policies and practices, performance reviews, reporting, leave of absences, talent management, and full cycle recruitment.
