    Compensation: $95,000-115,000 base + bonus

    We are representing a Human Resources Generalist role with a Commodity Trading firm. This person will support the Director of Human Resources with enforcing company policies and practices, performance reviews, reporting, leave of absences, talent management, and full cycle recruitment.

    This role in office 5 days per week.

    Responsibilities:

    • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices
    • Administer and execute human resources programs including compensation, leave of absences, performance and talent management, and training and development
    • Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants and employees
    • Assist with full cycle recruiting
    • Facilitate the summer internship program
    • Performs other duties as assigned

    Requirements:

    • At least 3 years of Human Resources experience
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
