- Master's Degree in an engineering discipline is preferred. A Bachelor's Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering is required.
- Quality or Lean Six Sigma Certifications
- 2+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
- Basic understanding of the following Quality Engineering skills is required: Advance Product Quality Planning (APQP), PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plan, Flow Charts, GR&R's, Capability Analysis, Product Layouts, and Customer specific requirements.
- Problem Solving experience - 5-why analysis, 8D problem reporting, Poke Yokes
