Onsite Position near Mesa, AZ
Pay Range:
$38-$45+/hr (depending on experience)
Full School YearFull time openingsWill consider part time candidatesPreK-12th grade caseloads availableWill consider candidate preference of age groupPotentially traveling between multiple buildings (can reimburse the mileage between school sites)More details to be discussed during zoom interview process
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to determine students' academic, behavioral, emotional, and social strengths and needsDevelop and implement evidence-based interventions and strategies to improve students' academic and social-emotional functioningConsult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create positive learning environments and support student successProvide crisis intervention and counseling services to students as neededParticipate in school-wide initiatives to promote positive behavior support, mental health awareness, and academic achievementMaintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation of all services provided
Qualifications:
Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institutionActive Arizona School Psychologist License or eligibility for licensureAZ IVPCardKnowledge of evidence-based practices for assessment, intervention, and consultation in schoolsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively with diverse populations
