    Our Florida law firm is looking for a Real Estate Title Paralegal with Civil Litigation Experience. Our law firm provides legal representation to clients in business and real estate litigation and corporate transaction matters as well as real estate closings. Salary $65,000 to $75,000 a year, plus benefits, depending on experience. We also cover continuing education to help our employees become more knowledgeable. Experience with Florida real estate closings is needed and Civil Litigation matters. Expand knowledge and skills in the legal and real estate industry in Florida.

    Knowledge of processing and closing real estate title transactions is required. Experience with closing cloud software, on-line searches, closing statements and post-closing procedures is expected. We are a growing law firm looking to add another paralegal to help cover the real estate work and assist the law firm attorneys and paralegals with legal work. Work would include other matters including litigation matters and training is provided.

    Candidate Duties Include:

    • opening new closing files
    • managing and processing the closing files
    • providing closing status and updates
    • performing post-closing procedures
    • work independently under the supervision of the firm partner
    • perform Civil Litigation Work such as draft and file motions, pleadings and notices
    • set hearings, depositions, and mediations
