Your future tasks:

  • Central point of contact for our major customer regarding all matters related to our facilities
  • Management of operational activities in the field of maintenance in an industrial environment
  • Establishment of new structures and collaborations in maintenance
  • Ensuring regular quality checks and professional and quality-compliant maintenance of elevator systems on site
  • Budget and cost responsibility
  • Employee management and coordination of external service provider companies
  • Preparation of offers for repairs, minor modernizations, and maintenance contracts

You offer us:

  • Completed technical or commercial studies, alternatively a comparable education
  • Several years of professional experience in technical maintenance or technical facility management
  • Proven success in establishing and maintaining long-term structures and processes in maintenance
  • Driver's license (Class 3 or B)
  • High level of initiative, customer and service orientation
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, as well as resilience and flexibility
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
