Mail Services Administrator
Pay Rate: 19 / hr (W2 contract)

Description:
The primary objective is to provide support to Accounts Payable and Tax Accounting within BSNA, including Business Licenses, Fleet, Property Tax, and Accounts Payable.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing all tax mail and routing to appropriate internal individuals responsible
- Tracking all outgoing mail activities on a spreadsheet
- Coordinate with internal team members on priority items and ensuring timely action to meet deadlines
- Prep outgoing mail for checks, license renewal certificate/permits
- Receive various types of property tax documents and identify/sort/organize into batches based for use later
- Receive/scan tax assessments, bills, receipts by bottler to shared drive location
- Receive critical tax payment checks, often amounting to $$ millions
- Receiving checks and routing them to appropriate special handling addresses
- Prepping outgoing mail for High $ and State return checks along with appropriate correspondence
- Receiving RPO's and organizing them and scanning them into TrackerPro software
Role Responsibilities as backup to Mail Services Admin:
- Open, sort, and scan all incoming mail to the various BSNA finance departments
- Delivering electronic, and physical mail as applicable, to the appropriate business partner daily
- Organize documentation and package outgoing mailings; includes completing required tracking/log reports
- Identify appropriate delivery method (USPS FedEx, etc) and calculate postage for outgoing mail
