We are in search of individuals with customer service experience, a consistently positive attitude, and a friendly demeanor to join our team for the position of Cashier/Gas Attendant/Customer Service. The role involves helping customers at the registers, restocking products daily, and maintaining cleanliness in the store. Team members will also assist customers in resolving any issues or concerns they might have.

This position also entails maintaining the premises, emptying trash receptacles, and handling any tasks necessary for the gas station convenience store facility to operate smoothly. Our goal is to ensure all customers have an excellent experience, so we expect all employees to be outgoing and exceptionally friendly towards customers. The position is based in-store, operating 24/7, every day of the year, with day, night, and weekend shifts available. Some availability on nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

• Greet customers upon entry to the store or premises.
• Assist customers at payment stations for gas, register, or on the sales floor.
• Provide guidance to drivers at the gas pumps.
• Deliver outstanding service to all customers, handling complaints and inquiries.
• Operate the cash register and process payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization around the car wash and site facility.
• Empty trash cans around gas, diesel, and the facility daily.
• Complete tasks as assigned by Managers.
• Adhere to the dress code.
• Avoid using electronic devices/phones unless in case of emergency.
• Perform regular cleaning of registers, sales floor, store equipment, and site.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Seek guidance from Managers when needed to address customer concerns.

• Must be able to stand for long periods.
• Must be 18 or older due to the sale of Tobacco and Alcohol.
• Driver's License (preferred) or reliable transportation.

• Maintain site cleanliness and uphold food standards if working in the kitchen.
• Complete assigned duties as per management instructions.

• Strict adherence to cash handling procedures and shift accounting.
• Follow safety protocols and loss prevention policies to ensure a safe environment for employees and customers.

While performing job duties, employees are typically required to stand, reach, and lift. The role may involve lifting up to 10 pounds regularly, and up to 25 pounds frequently.
