Responsibilities
A Registered Behavior Technician is responsible for the day-to-day execution of a behavioral health plan. This can include things like interviewing patients, conducting follow-ups and collecting data.

They must also interact directly with patients or clients, who may be experiencing things like a substance abuse disorder or psychiatric disorder, and for meeting with patients' or clients' family members.

Other important duties for Registered Behavior Technicians include:
*Encourage love and desire to learn. *Provide honest feedback with positive and productive praise, constructive criticism, and unwavering support in a manner that will be beneficial to the clients' overall learning. *Being able to work well with clients from different backgrounds and cultures. *Communicate effectively and proactively with parents. *Being able to serve as a role model for students. *Attend meetings with clinic employees and external stakeholders. *Document client information including session notes, progress notes, recommendations, and treatment plans in an expected timely manner. *Maintain an accurate record keeper and keep private information confidential. *Be punctual and organize and maintain your work schedule, communicating any changes to your Lead and to the families that you work with. *Continue education through regular professional development. *Complete mandatory training in Human Trafficking and CPS mandatory report. *Have read and knowledge the Patricia Munoz Psychological and Research Center Protocol of Human Trafficking *Follow the Patricia Munoz Psychological and Research Center Policies and Procedures.

Hours
THIS IS A FULL-TIME POSITION.

Our ABA hours are 8am to 6:30pm, schedule is based on client's schedule.

Available shifts and compensation:
Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $ $20.00/hour.
