Your Role:

As the Family Services Director, you'll play a pivotal role in supervising case managers, facilitating communication between our school and families, and ensuring the implementation of family-driven care practices.

You'll oversee treatment plans, participate in interdisciplinary meetings, and coordinate family events to foster community connections.

Requirements:

LCSW or LMHC required.
Minimum of two years' experience as a case manager preferred.
Minimum of one year supervisory experience preferred.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Leadership skills to guide multidisciplinary staff and coordinate interdisciplinary care.
Passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
Valid driver's license.
