We are seeking a reliable, skilled caretaker / all-around handyman in full-time for the Palm Springs North, FL district.


Responsibilities:

  • Conducting minor repairs and maintenance work
  • Technical maintenance of properties/buildings
  • Performing handyman tasks (small repairs, etc.)
  • Scheduling and overseeing external contractors and maintenance companies
  • Outdoor renovation, painting, wallpapering, and flooring work
  • General caretaker duties such as inspections, changing light bulbs, replacing door handles and signs, etc.
  • Courier trips

Qualifications:

  • Preferably a completed vocational training in a trade
  • Handyman skills and technical understanding of equipment and their use
  • Communication skills and organizational talent
  • Willingness to work with modern digital media
  • Driver's license class B
  • Reliability, sense of responsibility, and a strong service mindset
  • Physical fitness and flexibility in work
