Description

Your role- Take over a cluster in the field of EUV M&I (Modules & Electronics), which is responsible for module development, manufacturing, assembly, adjustment, and qualification- Lead the sub-project managers or object managers and coordinate the sub-projects/objects- Coordinate and collaborate closely with internal and external partners and customers- Lead the project team (coaching team members, coordination, moderation of issues during project execution)- Track and be responsible for performance, deadlines, and costs, as well as create project plans- Ensure system performance (responsible for meeting and maintaining specifications)- Be responsible for relevant product metrics and work with relevant departments to track and minimize them- Take on reporting responsibilities to the customer, product manager, and senior management

Your profile- Successfully completed degree in natural or engineering sciences, preferably with additional business qualifications- Approximately 5 years of professional experience- Experience in project management or leading larger projects, preferably with GPM certification level B/C or equivalent- High commitment, excellent communication and teamwork skills, flexibility, resilience, and assertiveness- A balanced mix of technical, business, and social skills- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
