Description
Site and utility heavy construction company seeking skilled Operator to run dozers and backhoes for grading, fill, trenching and other heavy constructions tasks.
Must have experience.Responsibilities:
- Understand elevations as they pertain to cuts & fills and be able to read grade stakes.
- Understand proper sloping techniques and safe trenching
- Ability to perform inspection of equipment and notify Supervisor of issues.
- Properly grease machine, check fluids, and maintain equipment in a professional manner.
- Perform skillful work with a minimum of 1 piece of equipment in a productive, safe manner. (Not including skid steer, roller or site truck)
- Assist mechanics while on site to perform repairs of equipment
Requirements:
- 3 years' experience in the industry an operator
- Have an updated OSHA 10 training card.
- Must attend monthly 5Star meetings
- Must be a focused on personal and teammate safety
- Must be a team player and be actively focused on company goals
Pay:
$ $48.00 per hour
