Mon- Friday
6am to 2:30 pm with possible overtime
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate custodial staff to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the facility
- Perform and oversee cleaning duties such as buffing, mopping, and sanitizing
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Inspect and ensure all areas meet sanitation standards
- Handle minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed
- Train new custodial staff on proper cleaning procedures
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules
Experience:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and waxing
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills
- Experience in supervising or leading a team of custodial staff
Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary, Contract
Pay:
From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours:
No less than 40 per week
