We are currently seeking a fully qualified lawyer (m/f/d) to provide legal advice to internal departments in the area of program-based funding and contract law.

The position is initially limited to 2 years.

Your responsibilities:

You will handle administrative legal proceedings and lawsuits related to the COVID19 aid programs and, if necessary, represent L-Bank in corresponding administrative court proceedings.
You will review legal issues related to the COVID19 aid programs.
You will work on all other tasks related to the COVID19 aid programs in the legal department, such as reviewing criminal complaints in cases of suspected subsidy fraud and responding to requests for information from law enforcement authorities.
