What You Can Expect from Us:

  • Project work in the implementation of a new cash register software.
  • Administration and support of the new cash register software in our stores during ongoing operations.
  • Management of interfaces from the cash register software to downstream systems.
  • Processing of incoming service requests and incidents from our stores in the areas of cash register software and interfaces.
  • Crossteam collaboration when disruptions occur or administrative tasks need to be completed.
  • You contribute your expertise to IT projects to continuously develop our company.

What We're Looking For:

  • A successfully completed education in the IT field or several years of experience in working with cash register software and downstream systems (e.g. merchandise management system).
  • You feel confident using Office products.
  • Knowledge of administering applications in the retail environment would be desirable.
  • You have a high level of customer and team
