The financially solid company is continuously growing and is looking for an experienced Head of Quality for one of its German subsidiaries in the area of safety-relevant parts (fluid control).

Responsibilities

  • Developing quality concepts for new developments, changes, or series production
  • Analyzing internal quality problems
  • Developing concepts and measures to ensure predetermined quality standards in coordination with the departments
  • Initiating and monitoring quality processes
  • Arranging and monitoring quality assurance measures
  • Managing customer complaints
  • Developing concepts for quality improvement in coordination with the departments and further developing existing procedures
  • Supporting and instructing quality employees
  • Preparing and accompanying customer audits and conducting internal audits
