Description

The administrative community of Babenhausen, district of Unterallgäu, with 6 member municipalities, is looking for a treasurer to start as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:

Budget planning, monitoring and execution

Preparation of annual financial statements

Participation in the calculation of contributions and fees

Preparation of tax annual statements

Implementation of § 2 b of the Value Added Tax Act

Grant procedures

Preparation of financial statistics and reports

Your profile:

Qualification of the 3rd qualification level (specialized career in administration and finance) or

Administrative specialist

Comprehensive knowledge and experience in municipal finance

Computer skills, especially with AKDB software OK.FIS

Enthusiasm, sense of responsibility and business acumen

Willingness to work flexible hours (meeting attendance)
