Lifebulb is seeking a highly motivated, positive individual to join our growing team.

This person will serve as a primary support to our team of therapists by coordinating care for clients, primarily by scheduling new incoming clients.

Qualifications:

Effectively and positively communicate with teammates and management
Problem solver and ability to think on their feet
Great peopleskills and a positivepresentation with clients and coworkers
Ability to learn new processes quickly
Comfortable working in a growing and changing environment
Bachelor's Degree a plus
Comfortable working inperson from office setting and remotely from home
Detailoriented and organized
Solutionfocused
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls from new clients seeking to schedule an intake counseling session
Gather pertinent client demographic, billing, and insurance information
Set up new client charts in an Electronic Medical Records system
Schedule new clients with the right fit in counselor or therapist
Perform outbound calls to coordinate schedulingrelated needs with new and current clients
Coordinate with team of therapists and support staff to problemsolve client scheduling issues
