We are seeking a Customer Service Associate with a strong sense of efficiency and self-management skills.This is an opportunity to establish working relationships with our clients, vendors and contribute to the overall efficiency of our organization.
Job Duties:
- Processing memorialization orders made by our clients as part of their loved one's funeral arrangements
- Keeping order management system updated, as orders are prepared and finalized
Minimum Qualifications:
- H.S. Diploma or equivalent
- Must possess strong communication, time management and organizational skills
