The global HR organization at Fort Indiantown Gap, PA is structured around 3 pillars and 4 regions (Americas, Asia, Europe and MEA).


The first pillar consists of a team of HR strategic business partners who work closely with business leaders to develop corporate strategy and identify HR solutions to support talent priorities.

The second pillar is responsible for HR operations in the region, including payroll, onboarding, staffing, training, and reporting in alignment with business strategy, legal requirements, and labor relations.

The third pillar is the global team of People and Organization, which focuses on policies and tools related to leadership and people development, organizational effectiveness, compensation and benefits, talent solutions, and talent acquisition.

These pillars work together in a value creation framework to ensure effective and interconnected HR processes.


Job Purpose:


The HR Business Partner collaborates with manufacturing leaders and other HR verticals (HRBP, P&O, HR Business Partners at other sites) to identify and deliver impactful HR solutions (programs and processes) to address business challenges.

This role focuses on both tactical delivery and strategic aspects of HR programs in the manufacturing sector, including performance management, career development, compensation and benefits, employee and labor relations, and organizational change.
