Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding company services
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, photocopying, and filing
- Assist with project coordination and office management tasks as needed
- Order Office Supplies
- Order Saples from Warehouse
- Send Samples to Customers / Factories
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Professional phone etiquette and experience with phone systems
Pay:
$ $20.75 per hour
