Job Summary:

Responsibilities:


  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
  • Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding company services
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
  • Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, photocopying, and filing
  • Assist with project coordination and office management tasks as needed
  • Order Office Supplies
  • Order Saples from Warehouse
  • Send Samples to Customers / Factories
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Professional phone etiquette and experience with phone systems
