- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven 3 plus years of people management experience

Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will lead and manage the ISS marketing communication team and the Americas marketing communication program in collaboration with global marcom, reporting to a VP of Marketing. The Marketing Communication Manager is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing communication strategies that effectively promote the organization's products, services, and brand. For New York, the expected salary range for this position is between $95,000 and $115,000 per year. In addition, INFICON employees are eligible for a profit sharing bonus with a target of 10%. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law
