    JOB TITLE: Client Manager

    REPORTS TO: Team Manager / Operations Support Supervisor

    EXEMPT/NON-EXEMPT: Exempt

    DIVISION: Employee Benefit Solutions

    GENERAL OVERVIEW – Concise Summary

    The Client Manager is responsible for delivering top-notch services to clients in collaboration with client executives, producers, and team managers. They play a crucial role in ensuring the fulfillment of promised services to clients, assisting in account solicitation, and retention. Additionally, they are involved in various aspects including plan design consultation, implementation, enrollment services, technology support, and employee communication.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

    • Establish strong relationships with assigned clients, taking joint responsibility for client service and retention in the absence of a Client Executive.
    • Create and manage service plans when a Client Executive is not available, ensuring completion of activities and tasks as scheduled.
    • Develop and maintain agency relationships with carriers, vendors, underwriters, and other service providers.
    • Handle complex client, producer, and insurer service requests with a focus on timeliness and thoroughness.

    REQUIREMENTS AND ABILITIES

    • Obtain Life and Health License within 75 days of New Hire Onboarding.
    • Minimum of five years' experience in group/individual benefits with knowledge of insurance coverage and carrier products.
    • Proficient in basic computer tools and technology.
    • Excellent presentation skills for effective communication.
    • Willingness to travel as needed.
    • Detail-oriented, organized, and works well under pressure.
    • Strong analytical and communication skills.
    • Confident and able to engage with individuals at all levels.

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS
