As the Hermiston Health, Safety & Quality Manager (m/f/d), you are an important part of our management team.

In direct reporting line to the management, you take on the overall coordination of the HSQ department and actively shape our company's growth together with your team and the rest of the ELA team.

Your responsibilities
Development and implementation of strategies to improve safety, health, and quality, in line with company goals at all national and international company locations
Leadership and development of an interdisciplinary HSQ team
Establishment and compliance with quality management, including quality assurance and quality control for the entire company group
