THIS POSITION CAN BE PERFORMED REMOTELY - within a radius of approximately 100 km from Berlin.

Responsibilities:

The main focus of this role is to provide optimal support to bank customers and prospects through competent and needs-based services.

As a Service Agent (m/f/d), you will handle incoming inquiries from private customers and prospects and process requested banking services.

You will also provide general information on all bank products and handle complaints and grievances.

Requirements:
