Full Time Retail Sales Specialist_


Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8am start with shifts averaging 8 hours

Pay:

$20+/ hour + mileage reimbursement

Benefits:

Albany, Newburgh, Poughkeepsie, Schenectady, Clifton Park, and surrounding areas

Sales experience required

Personal transportation is essential
Advantage Solutions, one of the nation's leaders in merchandising, is seeking Retail Sales Merchandisers.

In serving one of the nation's largest grocery retailers, you will learn the Advantage way of merchandising, and your efforts will be rewarded.

  • Retail Sales Specialist
  • Full Time 40 hours per week
  • Need dependable car 4 to 5 stores per day
  • Stores: Targets, Home Depots, Krogers
  • 69 Total stores
  • Direct Sales Experience, door to door sales
  • Merchandising
  • Problem Solver, Self-Starter, Critical Thinker
  • Comfortable delivering Sales Pitch in front of Key Decision Makers
  • Highly Organized
  • Efficient Work Schedule, Sense of Urgency
  • Comfortable with Technology (iPad, Microsoft office, )
  • Large Geography review routing and make sure they are comfortable with it

Requirements:


  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must have and maintain current and valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle
  • May need to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform tasks that involve walking, bending, and standing for long periods of time
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills and daily Internet access
  • Previous retail, sales, and/or merchandising experience preferred

Pay:
From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
