We are currently seeking an experienced (1st

Shift)
Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team in
Bridgeview, IL.

  • Inspect & document measurement results for First Piece layout approvals.
  • Inspects incoming, workinprocess, and finished goods by validating conformance to customer drawing specifications/GDT.
  • Conducts visual and measurement tests according to company guidelines
  • Operates Brown & Sharpe CMM (working knowledge of PC-DMIS)
  • Perform inspection gage setup and teardown for production.
  • Able to lift and move parts up to 30lbs

Requirements and Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • At least 13 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Inspector or similar role in a metals manufacturing environment.
  • Must be detailed and multitask oriented
  • Geometry and computer skills
  • Must be able to read blueprints
  • Strong working knowledge of GD&T, and use of various inspection equipment
  • Ability to work 4 (10hr) days a week Monday
  • Thursday. Friday and Saturday OT, as required
