We work in three specialized IT teams that regularly coordinate with each other.

Our IT Support Service Team is growing, so we are excited to welcome new colleagues who bring a positive mindset and are eager to contribute their expertise.

As an IT Support Services Specialist, you will be the central technical contact for the ZEIT publishing group and the interface to the ZEIT IT departments in our growing team.

You will support our colleagues by maintaining, servicing, and setting up hardware, as well as installing any necessary software.

Through our hotline and ticket system, you will receive and resolve requests from your colleagues (1st and 2nd level support).

You will document processes, troubleshooting solutions, and requests, and also manage the inventory of our IT assets.

Competence and communication skills.

We welcome your expertise, whether you are a career changer with relevant experience, a trained (specialist) IT specialist for system integration, or have a comparable qualification.

Your excellent understanding of client environments is demonstrated by your knowledge of macOS and Microsoft Windows in larger companies.

You have experience with Microsoft 365 (e.g. Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive), the Adobe Creative Cloud, and are enthusiastic about collaborative work.
