We are a family owned and operatred tool and party rental company that was established in 1985. We rent anything from a snow-cone machine to skid-steer.


Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Counter Person to join our team.

As a Counter Person, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the counter area.

This is a fast-paced role that requires strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.


Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare rental equipment / tools
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly

Experience:

• Previous experience with tool or party rentals is preferred
• Knowledge of equipment operation is preferred
• Bilingual / Spanish speaking is a plus

Pay:
$ $23.02 per hour


Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Overtime

Supplemental pay types:
